Christmas bells have started to ring: Verizon is offering the Nokia Lumia 928 for free on a two-year contract.
Verizon has got a hot deal for Windows Phone fans, pick up a brand new Nokia Lumia 928 with its 8.7-megapixel PureView camera for free with a two-year contract.
The phone has almost identical specs to the Lumia 920, sporting a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 4.5-inch 1280×720 display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and an 8.7-megapixel camera with Zeiss Optics and Optical Image Stabilization. It’s equipped with 2000mAh battery that keeps the phone turned on up to 17h while talking on 3G. Running Windows Phone 8 GDR2 out-of the box, the Lumia 928 comes with all popular Nokia’s proprietary apps — especially HERE Drive+, HERE Maps, HERE City Lens, and all the Nokia photo apps.
The Lumia 928 is a Verizon exclusive in the United States, and the same way, the much-rumored Lumia 929 would be heading to Verizon soon, following its formal announcement with a two-year agreement.
In addition, AT&T is also offering Lumia 928’s sibling, Lumia 925 paired with a 2-year contract for $99.00. The product is available in black, and white color. The deals are good through January 1th, 2014 3rd, though we imagine that supplies will not last that long.
Microsoft is also firing up deal number 4 of the 12 Days of Deals promotion. If you’re not familiar with the deals, the company is offering numerous products at discounted prices through December 20th. Today, Microsoft is offering Fitbit Flex and Yurbuds Fitness Earbuds with $25 gift card for $99.99.
