How to Watch Apple iPhone SE Launch Event Live Stream

The much-awaited Apple iPhone SE launch event is just around the corner, and the excitement among Apple fans and tech enthusiasts is palpable. Apple, being all too aware of the hype its event has generated the world over is kind enough to let everyone have an unhindered view right from the show stage itself.

The Cupertino company announced the special event will be streamed live starting 10 AM PDT. Unfortunately, not all of Apple devices will be able to stream the event live since the broadcast will be based on Apple’s HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology.

So as things stand right now, for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, the minimum requirement is to have iOS 7.0 and above.

For Mac computers, the requirement is to have at least OS X Mountain Lion v10.8.5 and Apple’s Safari browser v6.0.5.

Apple TV owners too can be part of the event though this time; the Apple Events app won’t be showing up on the home screen. Instead, users of the fourth-gen Apple TV will have to download manually and install the app from the tvOS App Store to catch up with the event as it unfolds.

For those having access to second and third generation Apple TVs, the process to watch the Apple iPhone SE launch event live essentially remains the same – wait for the Apple Events channel to make its appearance that will serve as the window to all that happens on the Cupertino campus in California.

Microsoft Patriots too aren’t left out of the fun as any PC running Windows 10 will also be able to tune into the event though the prerequisite here is to have the Edge browser onboard. What to expect at Apple March 2016 Event

As for the event itself, Apple is expected to announce a new smaller iPhone variant dubbed as ‘iPhone SE’ with a 4-inch display along with the successor of iPad Air 2. However, word on the tech street is that the 9.7-inch iPad will be getting a ‘Pro’ makeover which will transform it into a smaller iPad Pro of sorts, complete with a smaller touch-type cover and beefed up internals.

Among other features that are likely to be introduced to the 9.7-inch iPad Pro version include the A9X chipset and quad stereo speakers as seen on the current iPad Pro. Plus, the display technology too might be enhanced to include support for Apple Pencil.

Then there is also the likelihood of Apple introducing new bands for its Apple Watch sporting exciting color options.
