Latest iPhone 15 Pro Max leak suggests the thinnest bezel ever on a smartphone

Recently leaked images seem to support the claim that the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro Max will have the world’s thinnest bezels. The leaked images show that the bezel on the iPhone 15 Pro Max has undergone a significant reduction compared to its predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro. In March, the well-known leaker, Ice Universe, claimed that the iPhone 15 Pro Max would break records with a bezel thickness of only 1.55mm (0.06 inches), and these leaked images seem to confirm that claim. Ice Universe has now released photographic evidence to support the claim that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have the thinnest bezels of any smartphone ever made.

The images shared by Ice Universe on Twitter showcase the glass covers of three different iPhone models: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPhone 14 Pro. The comparison focuses on the black bezel of the iPhone 14 Pro and the version that is believed to be intended for the iPhone 15 Pro. While the iPhone 14 Pro features 2.1mm bezels, the leaked glass cover of the iPhone 15 Pro showcases a significantly reduced 1.55mm bezel. This measurement aligns with what Ice Universe previously claimed about the iPhone 15 Pro Max having the thinnest bezel of any smartphone ever made.

It seems that Ice Universe is certain that the glass covers shown in the leaked images are part of the actual design of the iPhone models, rather than a protective film or screen protector. The leaker emphasizes that the bezel on the glass cover is the same as the bezel on the phone itself. Furthermore, the glass covers show that all models will have the same camera hole layout, with the cameras residing in the Dynamic Island.
