Smartphones getting leaked ahead of their official launch is more of a norm than an exception off late. And the upcoming Galaxy Note 10 is the latest to conform to this trend.
The Note 10 recently got leaked by Indian retail giant Flipkart that has come up with a microsite dedicated to the Note 10. Not to mention, the site has a lot to share on the phone which sort of confirms what we already know about the phone, besides also revealing some other aspects of the phone as well hitherto unknown.
First off, the Note 10 will have two variants, the base Note 10 and the more flamboyant Note 10+ though there also are rumors of there being a 5G variant of the Note 10+ in the offing as well. The base Note 10 will come with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display while the bigger variant will have a 6.8-inch screen of the same resolution.
The leak also revealed a 3500 mAh battery for the Note 10 and a bigger 4300 mAh power source for the Note 10+. Both the variants will come bundled with a 25W charger though the Note 10+ is believed to have support for a 45 charger as well. Buyers though will have to shell out extra for the charger as the same won’t be part of the standard package. Also, there has been an extra 100 mAh of battery capacity added though that came at the cost of the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Also, there are reports of there being the Note 10 series being available in two storage variants, 128 GB and 256 GB. Of course, it’s going to be the Snapdragon 855 powering all variants of the latest Note iteration.
The S-Pen too has gone for its fair share of upgrades, which includes support for gesture control. That would mean the ability to induce action on the screen without the need to touch the same.
The camera too is set for an upgrade on the Note 10 with the leak mentioning the front selfie cam too benefitting from Night Mode. This should allow for better selfies even in low light conditions. The rear cam too is slated to have integrated Live Focus and audio zoom capability, with the latter offering the ability to zoom in to a particular zone for better capturing the audio of the region during video shoots.

The Note 10 is slated for a global launch on August 8 at an event in New York. Also, while it’s not known when the phone is slated for launch in India, that Flipkart is going to be one of the sales channels is a surety.
