Get ready to unleash the power of your dark side as the PlayStation 4 console gets a limited edition Darth Vader inspired theme, bundled with a DualShock 4 controller inspired by Vader’s suit. Announced at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, the limited edition console will be available as a part of two Star Wars bundles starting November 17, while pre-orders are expected to go live very soon.
First up, we have the limited edition Star Wars Battlefront PS4 bundle which includes a custom 500GB limited edition PS4 console (CUH-1200 series) along with a Darth Vader inspired DualShock 4 wireless controller, and a copy of Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition. The limited edition PS4 shows off an image of Darth Vader decked in his helmet on the console’s front giving it that slick look, and also features Star Wars logo on the top of the console. While the DualShock 4 wireless controller gets inspiration from Darth Vader’s chest panel and features repeated Star Wars logo on the touchpad.
In addition, the bundle includes Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition, along with a digital voucher which includes four classic titles from Star Wars franchise – Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter and Star Wars Bounty Hunter.
And to commemorate the launch of Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, a limited edition Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars PS4 Bundle has been announced that will be available exclusively via Wal-mart starting November 17.
The bundle will include a custom Darth Vader inspired 500GB PlayStation 4 console, a DualShock 4 wireless controller along with the Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars exclusive hardware Bundle Kit. The bundled kit includes a physical copy of Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, the Disney Infinity Base, the Rise Against the Empire Play Set Pack (featuring Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa figures), and the Boba Fett figure ( PS4 exclusive).
Both the above mentioned bundles will include 4 classic Star War titles for free namely Super Star Wars, Racers Revenge, Bounty Hunter and Jedi Starfighter, which get full trophy support and will be available starting November 17th.
